Azure Wayfinding

A new condominium/hotel resort was being planned for 8 beachfront acres in the Bahamas. The project replaces the existing restaurant and contains 73 units in six residential buildings. Other buildings will include a fitness center, spa, new restaurant and welcome center. This comprehensive sign plan was designed using an extensive process, beginning with an initial concept through ideations, to 2D renderings using Illustrator, to 3D modeling using SketchUp and rendered in Keyshot, dimensioning for site specifications, and Photoshopping into the existing environment to provide rendering options to clients. In total, six types of signs were created for the property to optimize user experience, for both pedestrians and vehicles.
