Rift Kitchen

Rift Kitchen seeks to serve students who suffer from food and housing insecurity by utilizing empty classrooms on campus as kitchen/pantry space. Our nonprofit ensures all students have open access to make their own fresh, hot meals on campus and provides them with Grab 'n Go bags to take home. Students experiencing homelessness and hunger had lower GPAs and academic concerns than students who reported being food secure and/or housing stable. The Rift Kitchen will be able to combat these matters by catering to all students, giving them an accessible resource, found directly on campus, open from morning to dark.
